| Project Information
Renovations to the existing chapel at Notre Dame Seminary in New Orleans. This project will be completed in 2 Phases. Phase I includes interior renovations – demolition, CMU and brick infill, modify existing floor openings, rough carpentry, insulation, historic treatment of plaster, non-structural metal framing, & HVAC (completed summer 2023). Phase II will be done under a separate contract in the Summer of 2023 and includes general electrical and lighting, church furnishings along with artistic painting. |
