| At least 14 days in advance of when an individual employee will be on site at Touro Synagogue, the subcontractor shall provide Alliance Risk with that individual's name, social security number, date of birth, and mailing address. The subcontractor will be provided a link to a secure portal for entering this personal information. Neither Woodward nor Touro Synagogue will have access to this information.
Should Alliance find concerns, the subcontractor will be alerted that an employee will not be allowed on the jobsite. It will be the subcontractor's option to receive a full report on the findings of the social media search.

Insurance Requirements - Please be sure that you meet all of Woodward's insurance requirements: (1) Worker's Compensation coverage - $1,000,000; (2) Commercial General Liability - $2,000,000 on products and general aggregate with a Per Project Aggregate, $1,000,000 on each occurrence; (3) $1,000,000 Excess / Umbrella coverage over primary. (4) Comprehensive automotive liability - $1,000,000 combined single limit on any auto, hired and non-owned. Woodward Design+Build, LLC and Owner are to be listed as additional insured on General Liability, Auto, and Excess and provided with a waiver of subrogation on General Liability, Auto, Excess and Workers Compensation Umbrella. ** You are also required to meet all requirements as stated in the project specifications. |
