This project involves construction of a new , single-story branch bank of 2,490 square feet located at 1914 Veterans Boulevard, Metairie, Louisiana 70005.  The building shall be of Type V (000) construction as per N.F.P.A. 220.  The interstitial space above the ceiling will not be subdivided by draft-stops  as the building area does not exceeding 3,000 square feet. Additionally, the interstitial space above the ceiling is not a return-air plenum. There is no automatic fire suppression system.  There is no fire alarm system.
