| Gibbs Construction has been selected as the contractor for MSY Maintenance building. We invite you to bid on this project.
Work under this contract comprises all material, labor, taxes, inspections and permitting fees required generally for the construction of the Maintenance Building and parking lot at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), including but not limited to, the construction: of the new Maintenance Building, related utilities, parking lot modifications, security fencing, associated excavation, backfilling, site restoration, and other work depicted on the contract drawings and specified herein.
