UNO Stairwell Repairs - Initial Bid

Project scope includes repairs to three existing stairs/elevated decks at the University Center at UNO (Northeast, Southeast, and Southwest stairs).  Due to the building being in operation during construction, egress from the second floor of the building must be maintained.  Project will be phased accordingly to maintain egress.
